At Sheety Paws, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

UK Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as postal delays or busy periods.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you'll receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@sheetypaws.com.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost or does not arrive, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses.
